The Patriot is a non-for-profit Senior Choice Community that strives to maintain its tradition of providing quality care in a gracious environment with a strong sense of community among residents, staff, and families in the Somerset County area.

 

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the primary focus of The Patriot is to direct resources back in to its community to continue growing and fulfilling this mission, allowing local seniors in the Somerset area to benefit from these welcoming services. In 2020 alone,

 

The Patriot has provided more than $1,470,000 in charity care. All donations made to The Patriot go toward funding these valuable services so they can continue to impact the lives of our residents.
